How account opening works

Opening an account has five steps, from sign-up to your first trading account. Trading and funding stay closed until your application is approved.

You verify your identity first. Trading and funding open after review.

The five steps

Each step opens after the one before it.

  1. Sign up with Google or email

Create your login on the client portal. Google is the first option. Email and password also work.

  2. Verify your email

We send a message to your address. Confirm it to continue.

  3. Complete onboarding

Profile, suitability questions, proof of identity, proof of address and a selfie. You do this inside the portal.

  4. Compliance review

We review your application and your documents. We may approve it, ask for more information, or decline it.

  5. Open MT5 or MT4 accounts and fund them

After approval you open trading accounts in the portal, review the conditions of each account, and deposit.

You verify your identity first. Trading and funding open after review.

What we ask for and why

This is general guidance. The portal shows the documents we accept for your country when you reach that step.

  • An identity document, for example a passport, national ID card or driving licence.
  • Proof of address, for example a recent utility bill, bank statement or tax letter.
  • A device with a camera for your selfie.

We ask so we can confirm who you are and check whether CFDs suit you. The suitability questions do not mean CFDs are right for you or carry less risk.

If we need more information

If something is missing or unclear, the portal and email tell you what to send. Follow the request in the portal to continue your application.

What stays closed until approval

Where you live

Our services are not available in every country. Availability depends on your country of residence. At sign-up you are asked where you live. If we do not offer our services there, you cannot continue. We do not list countries on this page.
